The favor treatments that i have in my clinic are two for children or for those that really don’t want to have surgery we use two different medications and so one is a prescription one is a overthecounter medication so they’ll apply the medication to the warts once a day each day five days in a row and they’ll cover the warts with duct tape and then after five days mom or dad will shave the wart for them and then they will start applying the second medication occluding it with the.

Duct tape five days in a row then they come back into the office every two or three weeks and i shave them because i will always save the wart closer than mom or dad will and then eventually after a month or two the warts will go away sometimes we add orals uh. vitamin a and zinc because by viri do not like vitamin a and zinc so that we can get that uh. from the inside as well as the outside beyond that there are surgical treatments surgical excision of the warts can be.

Best Way to Get Rid of Plantar Warts on Feet

What is the best way to get rid of plantar warts on feet The simplest way is to simply give it time. Many of them eventually fade away. I’ve heard that can take years, and I can’t wait that long. Put salicylic acid on it. I might as well take aspirin. They have the same chemical compound. However, the over the counter wart removers have it in a cream. I’ve heard that people can file them off. You can. That process is made easier by using wart removal creams first. I also heard you can use duct tape as a wart remover, but that seems like a desperate you.

Can use duct tape for literally everything excuse. If you soak the duct tape in imiquimod cream and put it over the wart, this helps kill it. It’s called duct tape occlusion therapy. Can you actually rip off the wart that way That hardly ever happens. These things might need a blowtorch to come off. You can use cantharidin to burn it off chemically. It hurts, but it usually works in a single day. I’ve seen those wart freezing treatments. I think that is done with liquid nitrogen or some other chemical.

You could try that, or you could do it in the doctor’s office. However, cantharidin is so potent it is hard to find outside of the doctor’s office. We ought to break out the lasers. It seems like they can use lasers for everything from eliminating body hair to correcting your eyes. Doctors more often use a hot tip to burn off the warts, if that’s your desire. Treating Numbness, Tingling, and Burning Caused by Neuropathy

My name is Dr. David Northcutt. I’m one of the podiatrists here at Dallas Podiatry Works. Today I want to discuss diabetic peripheral neuropathy. There are several reasons for the development of peripheral neuropathy, but diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy simply means nerve damage that is caused from having diabetes. This is not something that develops rapidly, but is a slowly worsening and progressive condition which happens over the period of several years. The loss of sensation that occurs with nerve damage from diabetes makes the patient more prone to developing open.

Sores or ulcers. Patients often do not know that they have a sore or wound, due to this lack of sensation. This can lead to significant complications including amputations. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy usually occurs in patients who do not maintain their blood sugar well, however it can occur in anyone with diabetes. The symptoms of neuropathy include numbness, tingling, pain, burning in the feet which can progress up to the legs, there’s often loss of muscle tone, loss of balance, and changes to foot structure. To determine whether you have diabetic peripheral neuropathy, a.

Treating Pain Caused by Flat Feet

Hi, I’m Dr. Northcutt and I want to talk a little bit today about adult acquired flatfoot deformities. This is a deformity which is associated with the posterior tibial tendon and its dysfunction. Posterior tibial dysfunction is a condition caused by changes in the tendon which result in difficulty supporting the arch of the foot. This results in a slow flattening of the foot over time. Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction is usually progressive, which means it will keep getting worse, particularly if it isn’t treated early. Symptoms usually occur after activities that involve significant use of the tendon, such as running, walking,.

Hiking, or climbing stairs. Symptoms may include pain, swelling, and flattening of the arch, and an inward rolling of the ankle. Pain typically starts on the inside part of the foot or ankle, which is where the tendon is located. As the arch flattens, you may notice the foot turn outward and the appearance of the ankle rolling inward. As the deformity progresses, pain may begin to the outer portion of the foot and ankle. At this point the tendon has typically deteriorated considerably and arthritis has started to develop in joints of the foot.

Treatment is usually better when addressed early. Treatment can include custom orthotics, braces such as these, and also a period of nonweight bearing or immobilization, and sometimes a belowtheknee boot. Antiinflammatories can also be helpful. Shoe modifications may be needed. Physical therapy also sometimes can be of benefit. Occasionally surgery is needed. These are typically reserved for advanced cases or cases where the pain is not controlled to a tolerable level. If you have any pain similar to what has been described, our team at Dallas Podiatry Works will work with you to determine the proper treatment and help.

Objection Judge! Hes Badgering My Witness! NY Medical Malpractice Attorney Oginski Explains

Objection Judge! He’s badgering the witness! Do you want to know what that really means Have you ever seen an attorney badger a witness Come join me for a moment as I share with you some great information. Hi, I’m Gerry Oginski. I’m a New York medical malpractice and personal injury trial lawyer practicing law in the state of New York. It’s cold outside today, it’s almost Thanksgiving. I was looking for my winter coat and I think my son accidentally took it. So, I took his jacket. It’s a fire department jacket, it’s.

Got his name embroidered on it. But I just wanted to share this great information with you. As I’m thinking about the title of this tutorial, Badgering the Witness, I’m thinking I’ve never seen an attorney badger a witness. What I have seen is an attorney be aggressive with a witness, go after a witness that’s being combative, that’s fighting with an attorney. That I’ve seen. And that happens from time to time. You get two heads that are butting together, they simply have opposing views and now the witness is arguing.

With the attorney. The attorney is arguing with the witness and it turns out to be a whole combat scene. And that can be unfortunate. Why Because now the jury looks at it and they can’t understand why the attorney is yelling or screaming with the witness. Why is the witness getting argumentative with the attorney So when you are aggressive, when you are combative, what does it mean when an attorney jumps up and says Objection Judge! He’s badgering the witness! What it really means is the attorney is being argumentative,.

The attorney is being combative for no reason whatsoever and this shouldn’t be happening. And so, instead the attorney jumps up, he objects and says This attorney is badgering my witness! Judge, make it stop! Now the judge has to decide whether or not that’s going on. It’s like two kids that are arguing and fighting with each other, and now the parent gets in the way to separate them. That’s what happens sometimes during the course of trial, and that’s why I was laughing when thinking about this title about badgering.

The witness. Nobody is actually taking a badger and hitting the witness over the head. Instead, it’s simply being combative, it’s simply being argumentative, and it creates a whole bad feeling within the courtroom that everybody will pick up on. So why do I share this quick information with you I share this with you just to give you some great information about what goes on in a medical malpractice trial, in an accident trial, in a wrongful death trial here in the state of New York. In all likelihood, you’re watching this because you.

Have questions or concerns about your own particular matter. Well, if you’re contemplating bring a lawsuit for something that happened here in the state of New York and you have legal questions, what I encourage you to do is pick up the phone and call me. I can answer your legal questions. You know, this is something I do every single day and I’d love to chat with you. You can reach me at 5164878207 or by email at GerryOginskilaw.
