You know, at some point in time, as individuals, we’re all going to have to have some type of bandage placed over a wound. Hi, I’m Captain Joe Bruni, and what I’m going to talk about is how to remove the adhesive from the bandage or tape that is on the skin. One of the steps that could be used is to use something like a hair dryer and warm the surface of the adhesive tape to soften up the adhesive before removal. You could also apply baby oil or some type.
Of vegetable oil to the skin surface area where the tape is applied to help remove the adhesive and soften it for removal. Once the bandage or the adhesive tape or the medical tape is removed, any adhesive that may be left over on the skin can also be removed by the baby oil or vegetable oil. There’s also overthecounter oils available for bandage removal that you can buy at your local pharmacy. I’m Captain Joe Bruni. With just a little bit of effort and step we can make that process a little less painful for bandage removal.
